"The Italian Historic Houses Association brings together the owners of historic properties from all over Italy, which represent an important component of our cultural heritage. Historic homes are cultural assets of significant historical-artistic interest, "subject to restrictions", and therefore protected by State, which must promote their conservation and are entrusted to the responsibility of the owners."

The aim of the association is to enhance and promote the protection of historic houses: to help the owners cope with the important constant maintenance interventions that the assets require, it is necessary for the houses became a lively cultural and social center in the territory in which they are located .
The association was born in Rome on 4th March 1977 and today each Italian region has its own dedicated section. Many historic houses can also be reached by bike from our structure, discover the
program.
